Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Gold provides a natural source of Vitamins A and D for immune protection. These are important nutrients which are hard to obtain in sufficient amount in the diet.

Adults and children above 4 years old: 1 to 2 softgel capsules, either before or after meals, 3 times daily.

Each softgel capsules contain Cod liver oil 240mg equivalent to: Vitamin A - 600 IU, Vitamin D - 60 IU
