Radhuni kabab masala is a rich mixture of spices necessary for preparing mouth-watering kababs.

Cardamom, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Cumin, Mace, Caraway
Recipe & Quantity
1. Minced Meat (Chicken / Mutton / Beef) -500 g 2. Chick pea - 100 g 3. Ginger paste - 2 Tablespoon s 4. Garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon 5. Chopped Onions - 1 cup (250 ml sized cup) 6. Egg - 2 Pcs. 7. RADHUNI KABAB MASALA - 12 g or 5 Teaspoons 8. Water - 4 cups (250ml sized cup) 9. Salt to taste 10. Cucumber
Steps Of Cooking
Add RADHUNI KABAB MASALA to minced meat, soaked chick pea, chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, 4 tablespoons of oil and salt as required. Mix them properly. Add water and boil the mixture in a vessel with medium heat. Cover the vessel. After evaporating water from meat and chick pea, blend them on a flat slab or blender. Then add the white portion of whipped egg with the pasted meat and mix properly. Check the salt. Make round shape Kabab and deep fry in hot oil till it becomes deep brown. Serving Suggestion: Serve hot garnished cucumber, onion rings and sauce or chutney.
